Refund Policy
1. How is the refund done?

Once one of the above mentioned criteria is matched, refund processing is done within three days. With the completion of the refund process you will be provided with a notification through email. Keep safe this refund notification for further checking of your credit card bills.

2. What are the circumstances under which refund can be made?

Ans : Refund can be made for the said reasons:

a. Order can be cancelled based on requests:

Amount of the return back money of an order cancelled is as follows:

when credit card has not been charged and orders of Flowers/gifts are not being ordered from our suppliers.

90%

if credit card is being charged but flowers/gifts are not being ordered from our suppliers.

30%

when flowers/gifts are ordered from our suppliers.

0%

if the flowers/gifts have left our office/shop.

b. Customer dissatisfaction with the delivered flowers/gifts

If the recipient is not satisfied with the flowers/gifts delivered due to un-fresh flowers or dissatisfied due to quality, the customer who ordered the Flowers/Gifts will be given 100% refund, subject to the other points of our terms & condition and provided that :

>> Refusal of the recipients to accept the Flowers/Gifts and returning it back instantly to the address stated on the delivery receipt in an intact condition. AND

>> Customer should write to us an email stating the reason of their dissatisfaction. Also it is requested to send the Transaction Id, Sender and the recipientís name in the form of Email. Your feedback is valuable as it will help us to improve our customer services.

c. Flowers/Gifts types or Colors are not available

The website reserves the right to replace the products with another product of the same or higher value, if the ordered flower/gift types or colors are not available (e.g. due to shortage in supply) at that particular moment. No refund request will be accepted for this reason.

d. Locations beyond Our coverage Network

Any location that is out of our provided city/town list or if we are being unable to deliver in certain areas due to uncontrollable situations then we will refund amount.
