In case you have complaints against the quality of the products that are delivered then we will surely redeliver these products provided that the complaints are being made within 48 hours of delivery. Full refund is also made depending on the nature of the complaints but the decision of refund depends on the owner of the site.
Prices of the products as tagged in the site as MRP includes the cost of services, delivery and online transactions. The distribution of these amounts is not possible to show separately due to technical restrictions.
Prices quoted in our website are free of delivery charges within the city limits. In case of delivering Perishable items beyond city limits to villages, extra delivery charges of $1 to $3 may require. We will send you a link so that you can pay the extra delivery charges, if required. But we can ensure you about this fact that your delivery will not be delayed or postponed due to this issue.

Some Gift items like Leather Bags, Toys, Watches, Apparels etc are essentially delivered through courier and are dispatched from our end well in time. We are responsible for delay in dispatch from our warehouse and will not be responsible for delay at the logistic partners end.

If customer desires to cancel his order then request needs to be done atleast 24 hours before the delivery date or before the shipment. In such cases 7% amount will be subtracted for the credit processing purposes.
In case the receiver or any representative is not available at the time of delivery, we shall take the order as delivered. However we always try to take an appointment over phone before delivery.
Depending on the delivery destination, the delivery schedule may vary from same day delivery to delivery within the next 1 to 3 business days, excluding the date of order. Holidays may extend it further.
Any other sorts of claims irrespective of 100% refund claim are not tenable. Claims, if any should be made within 24 hours of delivery/non-delivery.
We reserve the right to reschedule the delivery to an earlier or later date in case of floods, Heavy Rains/ Bandh / Strike or any other such reasons beyond our control.
Any order can be cancelled by the owner of the site without stating any reason. Any claim is a subject under the jurisdiction of local court Kolkata,India only.
Orders made after 4 P.M.IST are normally treated as next day orders but we will try our best to distribute the products within the same day. It is extremely appreciable if you give us a call after making such urgent order.
In case for a served(processed/delivered) order against which we have not received the money, due to any reason what so ever it is, the Customer & the Recipient shall be equally liable to compensate for the sum due. In case both the Customer & the Recipient refuses to pay us, we shall take appropriate legal steps to realize the sum due. If there is any Octroi or similar charges applicable in any state, need to be paid by the consignee.
Suppose in case the ordered Flowers/Cakes/Mithai/Chocolates are not available in the respective locations then we shall deliver you with the gift items of equivalent quality and value.
It is not possible to deliver the freshly prepared cakes before 10.30 A.M. Freshly Baked Cakes can thus be delivered only after this time. If the customer requests to store these cakes in the refrigerator and deliver in the next morning then we do so. But we donít advise our customers this.
Wines and Champagnes (Sparkling Water) as sold in the website are all Non-Alcoholic.
If we are unable to deliver your order, then complete refund will be made. We shall not be liable for any other charges, loss of profits, emotional stress or any other liability etc. caused due to non-delivery.
For any order in which problem arises due to the mistake of the user e.g. wrong address or incomplete information or recipient not reachable, no refund will be given.
For deliveries at Hostel, Hotels & Hospitals address, POD signed at the reception or by security personnel will be a valid proof of delivery. Though we try to get the sign of the actually intended recipient but at these places, due to reasons beyond our control, we cannot assure it. If the delivery boy is stopped at the premise gate of any of these locations we try to get in touch with the recipient. If for any reason the phone goes unanswered we consider it as an attempted delivery.
All Rakhi orders will be delivered at the earliest irrespective of delivery date chosen.
We are despatching all consignements as per your orders & we shall not be responsible for any clearance at respective Countries Customs Counter. It has to be done at you end.
